Lokalföreningsutveckling i England

On the 14th of November I (Eva Mörk, organisationsutvecklare CISV Sweden) went to a small camp site outside Leeds. Together with Ida Ragnarsson (CISV Sweden), Ico from Italy and 25 happy and creative participants from Great Britain I spent the weekend at a chapter development work shop for CISV GB.

We talked about what a member of CISV GB is, how we can recruit new members, how CISV GB can work with funding and hosting plans, how we can make more activities for varied age groups and how to make a stronger brand and a lot more.

It doesn´t matter where you are - being with CISV, setting goals for becoming a better organisation with more members and more activities, more people working for peace - it makes you happy! It makes you inspired! It makes you grateful to be a part of CISV a global peace educating organisation that promotes global friendship
